To serve as the preeminent professional association supporting Army Warrant Officers in all components and statuses (Regular Army, ARNG and USAR, whether currently serving, former, or retired) and their families.
To enhance the level of professionalism within all elements of the Cohort and ensure that those within and outside the Association understand and support that professionalism.
To ensure that all Warrant Officers are properly and professionally represented within the Department of Defense, the Department of the Army, the Department of Veterans Affairs, on Capitol Hill, in the White House, and with all relevant professional coalitions and organizations associated with – and supportive of – the defense of the United States of America.
To work with Army Senior Warrant Officer Leaders – in all three components of the Army – to ensure that the recognition provided to Warrant Officers in all elements of the Cohort – such as in the form of promotions, compensation, awards, training and education opportunities, etc. – is appropriate and what is necessary to maintain a strong and effective Warrant Officers Cohort.
